58 Remmie: Conversion cylinder or factory conversion?

Which does everyone prefer and why? A cap and ball with conversion cylinder or a factory cartridge conversion?

I would look at the cost of a factory conversion vs that of a BP version and adding a cartridge conversion.
Whatever difference there is for the latter is the premium for having both.
I went BP and added the conversion- I like the look of them.
