Shooting suppressor with a buddy?

I'm waiting for my suppressor to be ok'end by the BATF.
When I get it, is it legal to let my buddy to use it if I'm sitting beside him?
I'm having my trust own the suppressor. Do I need to make him a cotrustee?

No. If you're there you can let someone else shoot it. If you're not there, the possessor should be on the trust.
