Who Has The Cheapest .45 ACP 230 gr. JHP Bullets?

Anyone out there cheaper than the usual suspects, Midway, Natchez, etc.?

Maybe someone I've never heard of.

I believe if you don't go to a lighter bullet.

The whole idea of JHP is a waste of money.

I think I would go to the 180/185 area and that way the bullet is faster and it might do a better job.

The semi wad cutter in a 230 is good, as long as it will feed. Flat face rather then conical.

Just my thoughts.

Shooting Bowling pins?

I am not into that particular sport.

But since it is mentioned, it does sound like it might be better for purchase into the object?

Montana Gold Bullet $93 for 900 shipped.

Roze Distributing $100 for 1000 shipped.

230gr JHP and "cheap" don't exactly go hand-in-hand.

Rainier Plated at Roze $80 for 1000 shipped.

Hired Gun - it's not really clear, and I see some others along with me are confused as to what you want. Are are you looking for bullets (for reloading) or loaded ammunition?

Do you still call it plinking when youre shooting 230gr from a .45? Its more like 'instantly destroying'

In the ohio area, wal-mart is the answer. JHP rem 100 box is $27, FMJ win 100 box is $22. FMJ rem 50 box can sometimes be found for $10.
