I carry two. A Glock and a NAA Mini or P3AT in the back pocket. As reliable as the Glock is, crap does happen. I'm kinda surprise no one has said "two is one and one is none...", yet.

Usually just the one, but during the winter months, when my primary is buried under layers, I'll drop a 642 in my outer coat or jacket pocket.
