Yugo m57 recoil spring

Has anyone replaced the captive recoil spring on a m57?
I ordered a spring and pin. I looks simple enough.
I was wondering if the pin or spring were directional,or if there's anything else I should know.

I haven't, but would be interested to hear how it goes, have a number of them and wouldn't mind replacing the springs. Where did you find the new spring?
