Precision Shooting Reloading Guide

Hi Guys,
I'm trying to find a copy of "Precision Shooting Reloading Guide by Dave Brennan" it seems to be out of print and the used copies are going for $152 on Amazon. That makes no sense, and I was wondering if anyone here happens to have a copy in their library.
