Youre pretty much SOL right now.. untill stocks get back up from the suppliers. I just spent over $60 for 1k of federal lg pistol primers..

I hope things get a little easier to find soon or we'll all go broke trying to get the components

Good Gawd! where do y'all live? 6 cents a piece for primers is crazy!

I worked out a simple swap with someone last weekend trading case for case of montana gold bullets and sleave for sleave primers. I've got plenty of 45, but needed 9mm bullets and SP primers. He's happy because now he can fill a customer order. Around here, no-one will sell, but they will trade.

6 cents is really high. Even at gunbroker the prices have settled down to about $45 a thou. Of course at that price you're not getting them shipped legally (or safely).

God help the shipper if a plane goes down carrying one of my family members because of undeclared hazmat in the cargo hold.

-Strike that. I don't want anyone helping the shipper in that case.

I'm in luck like mapwd, found a semi-local gun shop that has a large quantity of just about everything on hand, Picked up 2 1000 bricks of CCI small rifle primers for $35 bucks a piece, H-335 by the 5 pound container, bulk bullets, everything. The place is about 65 miles from me, but even with gas at $2.91 a gallon it's still cheaper than hazmat fees for shipping if you can even find primers/powder online at a reasonable price....
