old shotgun
looking for information on a 12 guage shotgun i was given.
name on the side is "sureshot" number on the other side is 11361. it is a break action single shot full choke model. my father in law had for 50 years and figured it was at least 25 years older than that. any info would be greatly appreciated. |

The "Sureshot" model was made by Cooey Firearms of Canada from 1948 to 1961. It was a store brand for Sears Roebuck Co. in Canada.
Please note that "Sureshot" is a trade name owned by Remington Arms Co. I doubt that there is any remote connection to your gun. |
