field dressing does much different?

anything in particular that needs to be done?

(tomarrow is one of the either sex days and i may not get to hunt much this year, but i sure do like venison

)

anyhow, helpful hints?

That's right. And dinner, movie, and flowers are useful for field UNdressing does.

Really, the clean just about the same if not easier. Still gotta watch not to puncture anything nasty and tying off any potentially harmful orifices helps to keep the meat clean.

Jeez Keith, you need to get off that island more often..

For some reason, I find does eaiser to gut. Perhaps it's their smaller size. But there are no big differences.

Unless you like and save the sweetbreads, lights and such, then you just cut it all clean, and when you turn them over, it all rolls out. Cleaned and gutted, skinned and head off, you are hard pressed to tell the difference.
