Blade-Tech UCH vs IWB?

What's the difference between the standard IWB J-hook holster and the UCH? Just tuckability? Any reason NOT to go with the UCH?

after looking at BT's site, i would agree with you, tuckability. However, the UCH seems to cater only to small guns:

Available for Glock 26/27, 19/23, the new 36, Kahr K-9, MK-9, and most J-Frame revolvers. Available for most other small framed weapons. Please call to check availability.

The UCH for my SIG P239 is my primary carry holster. I like it a lot and use the tuckable feature. I guess the reason that it's only for small handguns is that the holster is only held to the belt attachment by two screws at the very bottom, and something could break with a large, heavy handgun. However, they may make a big one if you ask.
