Black Hills 9mm 100gr Honey Badger

http://www.thetruthaboutguns.com/201...adger-100gr-p/

There are a couple of new rounds using a polymer/copper bullet with a new design that displaces tissue based on spin instead of expansion. The Black Hills load is one of the latest offerings of this approach, though with different materials and shape. It appears to be a truly barrier blind load that performs regardless of the barrier. It also continues to perform along the entire track of the bullet. Penetration, however, is on the high side of the FBI criteria, which is surprising for a 100gr bullet.

I don’t think I’ll be carrying it just yet; but it is interesting to see this carried by a reputable manufacturer.

FYI: There is apparently a .44 Mag and .45-70 Honey Badger as well!
