How hard is it to get a FFL LICENSE

what do you need to do to get one

Basically, the ATF wants you to actually be in the business of selling guns, AND with an actual store complete with security system.
They don't seem to "like" the small basement or garage part time gun dealers like many used to be.

You also will need a State tax number, and all State or local business licenses, etc.

all I can say is SHAME ON THE MESS
I see where this is going and it don't
look good.
we need more people like Ted Nugent
that will step up and make a stand
before long thay will tell you the number of guns you can own
