Even that amount for a semi is borderline if only considering new. Used opens up a world of better quality guns

Does anyone have some first hand knowledge from OWNERSHIP that the Mossberg or Pointer is good/bad?

And I just paid for one on my local shops website. I'll probably get to shoot it next weekend for the first time so expect a good write up.

for hunting just about any thing that goes off will do. say 4-6 boxes a year and to some that will be a lot. start shooting that amount a day and more, will seperate the good from the bad. it all comes down to what your uses will be.eastbank.

As long as it continues to do so AND put the shot where it is supposed to be and not off in some other direction due to poorly regulated barrels or chokes.

They look neat, but research is still lacking. I too would want to know where they are made.

I dunno. I'm not sure if I would be comfortable limiting my choices between only these two makes, but I would probably roll with Mossberg. I have Beretta and Benelli and others, but I have three Mossbergs too, and they are solid, if not exactly refined.

I picked up my Pointer yesterday, first impression is very good.
