I honestly can't tell you guys how many times I said WTFF when I saw that video. That Italian guy looked terrified to shoot it!

Would you call this the Delorean of 1911's?
I'd call it the Edsel.

I'd call it an interesting doodad that's guarenteed to become collectable for someone's grand children.
Checked the price of a DeLorean or Edsel lately?

Yeh. One of those things that I always needed and never knew it...right up there with a stack barrel .44 Magnum derringer and a lever-action pistol.

Think of it this way -- forget about ambidextrous controls, or making a left-handed 1911 for southpaws. This is a completely ambidextrous pistol. What's not to like? (Don't even start.)

I'd like to have one just for the sake of being the only kid on the block to have one, but I don't see any practical application for it.

Instead of firing two .45 rounds I'd rather fire one .90 caliber round. Let me know when someone builds a .90 caliber 1911.

I'd rather have a working version of the Stereo Revolver wielded by Agent 99 in one episode of Get Smart!

but since the sights are aligned between the barrels and the barrels are aligned to be parallel rather than converging at a certain distance the accuracy is... mediocre.
So...the bullets are always ~1" apart instead of at most 0" apart? It's a pistol, who cares? It's not like it's a regulated double-rifle or anything

Even the CEO shooting it in the video looks like a supervillian. Awesome.
(and yeah, a year late--it was called the 2011 for a reason)
