Photos

How many photos are allowed in one post? I have a show and tell sequence that requires about 8 or 9 photos. Is that too many for one post?
Thanks

Latigo

Three's your limit. You can generate multiple posts to satisfy all the pics needed. 8 or 9 is OK. 40 or 50 is obviously a bit much. Key item is just use common sense.

Three is the limit for images?

That's a new one on me.

Hmmm...I thought it was three using only TFL methods. Of course, I post pics here about as often as a kid wants broccoli for dessert instead of cake...

Ah! I see the cause for the confusion. The limit on attachments is indeed 3 per post. However, attachments are a subset of images. You can include up to 6 images using the [IMG] tag set (e.g., photobucket image links) in a post.

So it is actually possible to have 9 actual images in a single post - 3 attachments (thumbnails only) and 6 externally hosted images. If you include the attachments as enlarged images, then the limit of 6 comes into play even for the attachments.

Clear?
