Just attempted my second post - thread closed???
I finally get around to posting on this forum after joining a few days ago. Spent about 5- 10 minutes typing the post.
CLOSED?!?! If you are going to close a thread, how about being polite enough to say so before I waste my time typing this stuff. Explanations are in order, I'm _Mondo_ ticked!

The thread was evidently closed after you began typing you reply. The next action you took on TFL (attempting to submit your post) refreshed the page, showing thread closed. How would you suggest we resolve this?

Ziplock,
I attempted to email you from my phone earlier today, but (appropriately enough), my battery died as I tried to send! I have lost quite a few posts because of "timing out" or other issues. Now, anytime I create a post longer than a sentence or two, I copy the text into my notebook, just in case. That way, if I am forced to sign back in, or somehow lose my connection, I haven't lost all that work. Glad to have you here, and look forward to hearing from you in the future. John |
