Can I legally OC a handgun in AZ at 18?

Hello,

Im 18 and recently legally acquired a Ruger P95 legally, through a private party transaction. Now I know the law pertaining to ownership, but what about open carry? Does being 18 give me the right to open carry a legally acquired handgun?

Also, for those who might know, if the removal of the CCW permit requirements take effect and "Any adult in AZ can legally conceal" does that mean any adult OVER 21, or just any adult?

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks all!

This prohibition does not apply to a person who is 14 to 17 years of age and who is:
