WTK: Wilson Arms conversion of semi-auto Uzi?
Does anybody know about the quality of Wilson Arms conversion of Action Arms IMI Uzi?
Does anybody know if the receiver conversion involved the removal of the bolt blocking bar so that caliber change is just a matter of swapping out FA bolt from one caliber to another? Thanx. --John |

I had a Flemming Uzi, but any registered receiver conversion should have the blocking bar removed. (that is not to say they always were - I've seen "registered receiver" conversions that were really improperly registered bolt conversions). The difference in reg. rec. Uzi conversions is usually in how far the manufacturer went in converting such things as the barrel restrictor ring and the lower/grip frame to Uzi SMG specs.
