Help me id a sight?

I recently came into possession of an odd peep sight in a box of stuff I bought. The markings read: Millard Bros. Made in Great Britain. It's a pretty nice sight, or it will be once I clean it up. It has micrometer adjustments as well as a what I believe to be a yardage adjustment on the left side. It clamps onto a dovetail. I can find no info on the Millard Bros brand other than the name being used in an article about a target competition way back when, apparently they donated a large sum of money or something. That's it. If anyone has any info I would greatly appreciate it. Mods feel free to move this thread if it should be somewhere else, I wasn't sure where to put it. Here's a pic:
