M1A SOCOM load for 110-125 grain bullets ?

What is a good functioning handload for 110 - 125 grain lead core bullets for the Springfield M1A SOCOM carbine with its 16-inch long barrel ?

What kind of muzzle velocities might one achieve ?

Thinking of it as a Super M1 Carbine.

I loaded some 110gr soft points in .308 for my wife with a 25% reduced charge for reduced recoil...I will check my data and post my findings.

At near maximum charge 110gr should really zip along.
