Which would you buy?

I am at an impasse and can't decide which handgun I should buy. All feel great in the hand. Which would you choose?

My intended use is home defense, carry sometimes, and fun at the range.

Presently have Sig P6 and a HK P7 as my carry pieces and range guns. I have owned several Sigs in the past and a Springfield 1911 which I loved. Ht unfortunately had to sell. The only unknowns to me are the Glock (blah) and the FN FNX series which I really like. The lack of availability for mags for the FN gives me real pause though.

I would get the FNX, everything else is pretty much a dime a dozen.

I like the S.A. XD 45. Feels better in my hand and their service is great.

I had the Glock, couldn't deal with it.

Look at the M&P 45 with the Apex kit.

If you loved a 1911, why not get another?

Personally, I'd prefer the Sig. Unfortunately, it only comes with one mag ad you may never find another one the way things are going. -7-

I'll agree with you on the aftermarket. But there are plenty of reliable pistols out there.
