PRVI .308 Bullets
Graf & Sons has PRVI 165gr .308 165gr PSPBT bullets in stock for $18.95 per 100. They would be used for paper punching in my CZ-550 .30-06 and my CZ-550 Varmint in .308 Win. Anyone have any experience with these? How do they compare in accuracy to, say, Hornady 165gr BTSP's? Any info would be helpful. Thanks.

Serbian ammo should be OK. Most of the Europeans are pretty picky about quality and accuracy on the commercial market, though some of their military stuff has been underwhelming. But I don't have any personal experience with Prvi Partizan's products. You can read up on them, here. They do make a line of match ammunition, so someone in the company knows about accuracy, and that's a positive sign.

I've been shooting Prvi Partizan, 168gr, Boat-Tail Match in .308 Win in my Remington 700 almost exclusively and it LOVES it!

Prvi Partizan / PPU bullets.
Very bad quality. I have had .224, .30 and 9,3 bullets. Best ones was 9,3 18,5g/285gr. Very bad .224 3,6g/55gr FMJ/BT and .30 9,4g/145gr FMJ. Better was .30 10,9g/167gr HP/BT.
With my .308Win custom barreled Mauser I can shoot 3/8" groups at 100m / 109,36 yds, using 167gr Lapua Scenar (HP/BT). With Priv Partizan 167gr HP/BT 1,5" groups. |
