Media

A couple weeks ago, I put aside my ultra-sonic cleaner and began using my tumbler. I've been using crushed walnut shells impregnated with jewelers rouge. Today, I had some brass in the tumbler so I decided to add a little rouge while the tumbler was doing its thing. After adding the rouge, there was a noticeable difference in how fast the media moved. I guess the rouge is also a lubricant when used with the media. The faster moving media produced faster moving brass.
