3 inch .357 revolver loads

i recently purchased a 3 inch charter arms to replace the lacking .38 i have now and was just wondering about what kind of loads would do well in it to about 50 yards or less. By well i mean keeping it in the middle of the chest or head.
Thanks

125gr Golden Sabre loads shoot good but so do 158gr SWC over Red Dot. or BullsEye.
don't wish to get hit with either one.

Your favorite 158 grain bullet over 6.5 grains of Bullseye.

I load 13.9gr of AA#9 for 158gr jacketed and WSP for my 2.75" Ruger Sec Six, I would be very cautious loading for a CA revolver. For 158gr LSWC target loads I use 6.1gr of Bullseye with WSP.
I would stayaway from Blue Dot. a medium burn powder may work well for you, something like Universal, WSF, HS-6 , Vv n-340 ect...

Have had good results with imr 4756 and VV n340.
FPS 1050-1150, little flash with either using 158gr.
Good moderate loads
