Has anyone found 8# kegs of WC846 for less than $87 including shipping and handling? That's wideners price and I'd like to beat it if possible.

The $72 doesn't include shipping and hazmat. Widener's is probably cheaper.

Price is $64 at http://www.hi-techammo.com but if you get four kegs (group buy) then they pay Haz-Mat. Several of us here in CO bought 4895 from them, and our total was $68 per keg delivered!

Steve I ordered some of that same 4895 from Hi-Tech. I still got it for $84 bucks delivered. I was not lucky as you were to have someone else go in on it, but heck thats still just over 10 bucks a pound which is a great price, plus I am well pleased with the powder.

FWIW, all three of the smaller outfits listed are shooters... I know the Hi Tech guys - they're regulars at Knob Creek.
The 4895 I've bought from them shot very nicely. |

I spoke with Mr. Johnson when I ordered my powder from Hi Tech and he seemed like a man all shooters would like to know.
