Whats a good gun safe?

What type of safe would be the best bang for the buck? I am looking for one to hold around 20 long guns, maybe a few handguns on the door or a shelf. I want to store important papers as well so it needs to be a good fire rated one. I do not believe in buying a "Name" just because its a name. I need the best thing for the dollar.

Thanks
Will

Digital, Combination, or Key lock safe?

Most prices depend on the quality of the safe, the lock and whether or not you want to get a fire proof safe. I would recommend checking out the Stack-On brand, they have a lot to offer, for decent prices in most cases. The best idea is to look in your local ads and check them out first hand. Gander (that is right I said it) has an excellent selection on hand. You should shop around to see if you can find a price...and if you do, see if Gander will match that price if that is more convenient distance wise.

For the inside door pistol holders, you can get quite a few products online, for instance: http://www.deansafe.com/gun-safe-accessories.html

Good luck deciding what you want.

Gun Safe Recommendation

I recently bought an Armory gun safe. It is not a name brand safe but it is rated for 30 - 45 minutes at 1200F, holds 24 long guns, has a top shelf, has a dial (which I prefer) and price out the door was @ $650.
