There are a couple of tools you can get that will let you reshape 22 rounds to different nose profiles and style is a WC bullet. Or very close to a WC bullet. Scroll down the page to the ACU'RZR.

CCI .22LR SGB (Small Game Bullet) is a solid lead, non-plated, flat point, kinda semi wadcutter of the 22 "high velocity" variety. Very effective on squirrels and rabbits with very little meat destruction. I haven't used it on any other game but I bet it would make a decent close range varmint load.
