AZ Constitutional Carry and the GFSZA

So a few months back I purchased my first firearm, a Beretta 92A1. I've been conceal carrying it pretty much non-stop since. However, I'm not a CCW permit holder. Now my question stems from the fact that just a couple of days ago I randomly stumbled upon the Gun Free School Zone Act page on Wikipedia somehow and the Acts wording seems to be saying that I'm committing a half a dozen felonies a day just by driving from my home to the grocery store and back. Now the way I understand it is that there is an exception to the GFSZA that allows for CCW licensed individuals to come within 1000 feet of a school zone while carrying a firearm.

My question is do people who conceal carry without a permit as granted by the new Arizona state law meet the exception criteria of the GFSZA, or is constitutional carry still banned for all intents and purposes because of the practical impossibility of avoiding school zones while going about a normal day to day routine?

Thanks in advance!
