MA Resident Selling Shotgun Out-Of-State
I have a shotgun that I am thinking about listing for sale on one of the online classified sites. If I sell out of state, I know that I need to ship to a FFL holder, but do I need to first transfer the gun to a Massachusetts FFL holder so they can fill out the proper paperwork notifying MA that I am no longer the owner? The out of state dealer won't care about MA regulations. Seems like I would need two FFL holders involved to sell out of state.
