Duffy's great CS!
Hope this is the appropriate place to post this.
About a month ago I ordered a magazine for my AK-47 from Duffy's Internet sales. This wasn't my first order. On two prior occasions I had no problems. However the AK mag was defective and I sent it back. Duffy's promptly sent out a replacement, but it never reached me. The PO shows that it was delivered. I called Duffy's and although they didn't have another, they took the time to find one, re-ship, and this time it was delivered without a problem. I believe in giving credit where credit is due. Deal with confidence with Duffy's Internet sales. Here is my email to Duffy's: Steve/Wilhelm; Although I haven't tried the magazine yet, it looks fine. But, what really exceeded my expectations, was the way you and your company hung in there and made things right. You can count on good reviews from me on all 11 gun forums that I frequent. Your good will and stand-up business etiquette has earned for you a lifelong customer in me. Thanks again for going the extra mile, where some wouldn't have bothered. I know it was just an inexpensive piece of equipment, but you proved that the "principle of the thing" still means something in today's business world. Your attention to customer service will pay dividends in future business. Humans as a whole are generally quick to complain, but slow to compliment on a job well done.
