excellent write up on PT92
A very underrated semi auto......I like mine better than the Berretta because of safety placement and ability of being carried cocked and locked, which the Berretta can not do.

I agree with you that the PT92 is underrated, I have one I bought in 1994, probably has 20K rounds fired through it,every bit as accurate and reliable as the Beretta, mine is a little ugly now due to alot of finish wear from various holsters and just a serious amount of use.

I would agree that this pistol is very underated. In general I have been reading that people dislike Taurus without actually having one to base their objection on.
Now, I know a cheap gun and have some, but this beast I picked up used (500rounds? she said) looked brand new and I was pleasantly suprised by the fit and finish. What a beauty and feeds everything. A very fine weapon. |
