I posted at 11:20PM yesterday on THR that I would take the gun at his asking price and sent PMs and two e-mails, and he never answered any saying he had a deal going. I also posted on hereI would take it for the posted price. And he has been on the forum a least four times today. And at 6:20 today he says it's sold.

Not responding to tell you it's sold isn't considerate. But it doesn't constitute a negative post, especially when exchange of funds were not in play.
