Ipsc Minor .40 Load
Fellow shooters. D.V.C.
I have a old box of Lazer Cast Bullets I won at a long past area match that I thinking of loading for my Production Division 96 FS. I shoot a .40 JHP in Limited Div. MAJOR load out of a Para. LTD P-16. However I have never used lead bullets for a MINOR load. If anyone has a proven Minor load in 185Gn. RNL And would like to pass it on. I would greatly apprecite it. My main conceren is a soft shooting and CLEAN powder. Many Thanks

FIRST YOU NEED AN ACCURATE GUN.............
R-P case, CCI500, OAL 1.130"+/-.005" (or whatever OAL best fits your magazines AND feeds reliably), 3.9g Bullseye.
For you non-lead shooters, substitue 180g Rainier TCJ-FP and 4.0g Bullseye.

Try 3.6 to 3.9 gr. of VV N320. You would probably want to chrono it. I use a 155 LSWC with 3.8 of N320 with an OAL of 1.150 for .40 minor.
