need help binoculars under 250

H going on a elk hunt this weekend in new mexico and need to get some optics but dont wantto spend a whole bunch. Any suggestions on some good optics under 250 i found some nikon 10-50mm for 180 at walmart. any suggestions. there is asportmans warehouse up the road to

IMO, if you want good binoculars you MUST get away from WalMart and similar locations. Try calling Eagle Optics at 1-800-289-1132 and ask Tom what he recommends under $250. He was very helpful to me on recent purchases of both binoculars and spotting scope. Saved me several hundred dollars on the scope. Do you want 8X or 10 binoculars? Some possibilities in your price range include Minox 8x42 or 10x42 and Nikon Monarch 8x42 or 10x42. Tom may be able to offer other options also. Shipping costs for overnight delivery may be less than your local sales tax.
