357 Super Sig ?

If the 357 sig is fourmed from a 40s&w case necked down , has anyone ever tried to neck down a 10mm case to make a super/mag 357 auto. ?

357 Super Sig ?

Yes they have, as a sort of competition round. It's known as the 9x25mm Dillon.

From what I've read, it's quite the barrel burner, and often forces so much gas pressure through compensators that it will drive the muzzle down significantly. Can't say for sure though, I haven't fired it at all.

Yep the 9x25 Dillon is a screamer.

And using a Colt Delta Elite or Glock 10mm would make it a good all around cartridge for most uses. Just swap barrels and that's that.

Welcome to the jungle....

There are a few "wildcats" that may meet that criteria.
The 9x23mm the .40Super(my personal fav), the .41AE, the .356TSW(Team Smith and Wesson), 9x23 Winchester, .38Super.
