I finally cracked. Got the $5 shipping email this AM, couldn't stand it any longer and went and bought an 1860 shorty for $189. Sheesh! Incredible price.

Noticed the 1851 shorty round barrel brasser for $125 and may have to do that as well!!

I'm going to have to be on package patrol to maintain marital bliss!!!
