Need help converting file.

When I try to post a worksheet on the forum, it says I have the wrong kind of file. How do I convert a Htm file to one that I can post on the forum.
Using a Mac OSX 10 ?

Is it something that can't be cut-and-pasted as text?

Cutting and pasting as text is the easiest way, Bill.

What program did you use to create the file? I have a Mac and might be able to help you convert it.
