Spanish powder?

Stopped by the local reloading shop for some .38 projectiles. Overheard someone asking about pistol powder. Of which they had a total of zero pounds. Guy at the counter says "Come back in a week and a half. We are importing a large bulk quantity of a Spanish shotgun/pistol powder. Bring your own container with the label removed. We'll have some load data."

No idea who the maker is and they don't have much info on the powder. I'm actually ok on powder at the moment but may have to try it anyway.

Most likely made by Maxam, a large vertically integrated ammo maker who makes Rio and Kemen shot shells among others
