Tree Stand Safety ??? New Consideration !

Have you ever gone to your tree stand and find that someone else is using it. What have you done and in this case, what can you do ?? ...

I'd say brother bear just got himself a brand new bunk bed...........

Aside from that it looks like a home built platform stand. Same kind of setup that nearly cost me my life a couple years ago. I'll stick to the manufactured variety from now on........

Do you think yelling "Hey bear!" helps the bear to understand that you are talking to him and not some other critter in the forest?

Do you think the bear understands English?

Hog,
After wrestling with them hogs, poking a bear in the butt should be a breeze for you. As for me, I won't poke anything bigger than me, in the butt. I'd pay to see that !! Heck, I don't even ride a horse anymore. He is more than welcomed to use my stand any time he wants. He sure is a sound sleeper.

Well, he's brown so perhaps he might be bilingual. ..... OLA, OLA !!!
What say we don't go thar !!! ....

I agree with hogdogs. NO ONE TAKES OVER MY SPOT. Therefore I would also send hogdogs up the tree.

Crikey, would you look at the size of that one. He could eat you up in just a couple of mouth fulls. Crikey, I had better poke him with a stick.

G'day. Hogdogs, you might get away with poking deadly animals for a while. Just remember, if you play with matches you will get burnt. (Make sure you get it on video, I want to see the Bears face, as well as yours.)

Were you going out for an afternoon hunt? That'd be the last thing I'd want to find in the dark of the morning.
