Heavier Trigger Spring for Shield

I'm used to carrying/shooting handguns with heavy triggers--think Ruger revolvers at maybe 12 lbs & a Sig P239 at 10+. I'd like the Shield Version 1 for my edc but if its 6 lb trigger spooks me is it a simple fix to just replace the trigger spring. I couldn't imagine it would present any problems, but just wanted to put the ? out there. If so I could go with the MA Compliant model that has about a 10 lb trigger.
