Archery for Instinctinve Shooting Practice

Hi everyone,

I was shooting my recurve bow today (no sights) and was thinking that this type of shooting may translate to instictive pistol shooting practice.

Do you think that instinctive shooting a bow will improve hand eye cordination when shooting a pistol???

Try it. May well help.

That is a dead sport-instinctive shooting.

Wha?
If instinctive archery is dead, best not tell all the folks at our local archery club.
More instinctive archers than those using modern stuff.
Lots more fun, too.
As to whether practicing instinctive archery would help with point shooting, it does.
But not nearly as good as practicing point shooting with your shootin' iron.
Airguns are really good, too, especially if the pellets or bbs can be seen in flight.
