FFL Question

I'm looking at getting an FFL. One question I have is When I order a gun from the wholesaler do I have to be there to receive it? I have a regular job and I'm trying to figure out how to receive the stuff I'm going to order.

Typically the shipper requires that someone (an adult) needs to be there to sign for it from Fed Ex, UPS, etc.

I have a small business and deal with this issue all the time. First, get to know the delivery drivers, usually it's the same guy delivering to your area. Most often they will give you their phone # . You can call on the day you expect to receive a shipment and arrange to have it dropped off at a time convenient to you, or even meet the driver somewhere during your lunch hour.

Hope this helps
