Fastening Accessories

So I got a question about hot to get a Streamlight TLR-1 to stay on the picatinny mounting rail of an M9A1. I am using the Beretta adaptor that came with it and had tightened it down so hard that I actually worried about stripping out the threads on the adjustment screw.

After about 50 rounds the recoil has noticeably moved the light forward on the rail but I could not move it manually.

After 100 rounds the light is nearly all the way forward but I still had to use a screwdriver to remove it from the frame.

Any suggestions? I thought about loctight but it just seems so... permanant.

Try it with the standard picattiny slot as well? The 90-two might have been machined differently than the M9.
