How do I get started
So I've just been dropping in on this section of the forum recently and I have found an interest in starting some competition shooting but I have no idea how to get started. I have no idea what all the different classes and stuff are but I think it'd be fun to get out and go to one just to watch. Do I need a certain caliber of gun or are they open? I'm in the Duluth, MN area for most of the year but in the cities for summers when I'm off school if anyone is around these areas let me know. Thanks

There are many kinds of competition. Give us a little more info on what you are interested in. Rifle, pistol, shotgun? All should be available in your area.

I'm probably more interested in the pistol side of it. Sorry for not making that clear.
