h&K P2000 trigger reach?

Lol, what do you want an exact measurement or a comparison? It's not much, the P series pistols have a relatively short trigger reach, which is good for small hands.

Remember too that there are multiple backstraps for the P2000 and the trigger reach will depend on which backstrap is on the firearm.

No idea. But I can tell you I have fairly short fingers and the gun is quite comfortable with the small backstrap (even the medium works).

I know the P30 trigger reach is is 2.860 inches with the small backstrap, and the Glock 17 generation 3 is 2.830 inches, the latter which I had some difficulty with, as opposed to the Glock 19 gen 3, which is 2.660 inches.

You just want the number, mind if ask why? It will be very similar to the P30, just a bit bigger (at least that is my impression).

I want to know if it's the only double stack double action pistol I can use. I think because I had some trouble with the glock 17 trigger, a trigger reach of no more then 2.800 inches is my maximum.

Hmm. Well even if you have that number, which I can pretty much guarantee is less than a Glock 19, you'll have a hard time finding trigger reach info for all other pistols out there. And even with that info, the shape of the grips can affect that measurement. It really pays to handle beforehand if you can. SIGs, despite having fat grips, actually have a relatively easy trigger reach IMO. I find CZs to be at the limit of what I can do.

How did you measure the 2.8"? Explain this and I'll measure my P2000sk the same way for you.

It's basicly from the back of the backstrap to the front of trigger at rest. doesn't though the P2000sk have a smaller girth of grip? Thanks BTW. Check this out for examples: http://www.levelsights.com/Trigger-reach.asp

It comes with a smaller backstrap installed, but the measurements should be very similar. The two pistols take the same mags afterall.

I measure 2.78". The p2000sk has a serious curve to the trigger. I measured in the middle of the trigger to just below the joint of the changeable backstrap.
