Royal Tiger M1 Carbine import
Here is an interior look at a M1 Carbine I got from the Ethopian Stash Royal Tiger brought over. I took it apart and did a detail cleaning and got a spring replacement kit from Sarco. This one came back from WWII, got updated, then was sent to Ethiopia. So, while it is an early (very early) serial number, it has all the final upgrades that came with an arsenal rebuild. The barrel and gas block are both marked "Rock-ola" which is odd as Riesch's M1 book says that the Rock-ola gas blocks were only used with Rock-ola receivers. Super happy with the purchase. https://youtu.be/27tayWr_jm0

99.99% of all carbines were rebuilt after W.W. II.
None of the makers made all the parts. Rock-ola made 13 of the parts including barrels. Rock-ola barrels did indeed use Rock-ola gas cylinders only. However, the receiver had nothing to do with it. Rummage around here. Best Carbine site on the Net. http://www.uscarbinecal30.com/index.html Oh and that Carbine's history will probably be of interest to Jim. He owns the site. Very good guy doing us all a lot of good. There's a link on there some place. Send him your S/N.
