Deciding between Leupold VXII & VXIII

Looking at putting a new scope on my 7mm mag. I Will be hunting a couple of new clear cuts this year. The maximun shot I would be taking will be around 250 yards.
My question is, the VXIII is about 100 to 140 dollars(approximate) more than the VXII. Is it worth it? I do hunt in alot of low light conditions so I am thinking that I would benefit from the VXIII. But the frugal side of me thinks that the VXII will be ok and I wouldn't be able to tell the difference.
So, if any of you on TFL have both a VXII and VXIII Leupold that can chime in and give me some honest feedback it would be greatly appreciated.

I appreciate the input, but that isn't what I asked.

I have one VXII and several VXIII's. In reality there isn't much difference to me. Probably since now my eyes are getting older and I can't distinguish the difference as readily. BTW, my VXII is also on my 7 Mag. First Leupold I ever owned. The better coatings on the VXIII probably do help. if you can afford it then go for it. Just a comment...I have a Zeiss Diavari 2X10, and a Swarovski 6.5X24 Pro Hunter also...those are significantly better!!!....as is the price..
