Sig P320 vs. M17

Hi. Can anyone tell me the differences between the Sig P320 full size and the military model M17 ??
Appreciate your comments.

It's got an ambi manual safety, loaded chamber indicator, an optics ready slide with cover plate, some kind of internal lubricant coating, and may or may not have some anti tamper devices to prevent unauthorized frame swaps or striker access.
