Mantis X Mag adapter

I bought myself a Mantis X training system during a Black Friday Special, haven't tried it yet but excited to do so on my Glock 19. Mantis also has an adapter for Wilson Combat 47 D mags. I don't have any 47 D mags, but was wondering if it could possibly fit a standard milspec/gi 7 round magazine?

I contacted Mantis and asked about compatibility, they couldn't confirm it would fit. Anybody try one on a standard .45 magazine? Think it would fit/work?
