ar15 1 vs 2 stage trigger.

Im looking to upgrade my ar trigger i was wondering if anyone can explain the difference between upgrading to a new battle trigger 1 stage for $59 or spending more then double on a 2 stage. Any advise helps as i am a newbie to the ar upgrading. Thanks

Single stage triggers are faster in the trigger press...two stages, are almost just as fast, but more accurate in slow-fire, when you might possibly want to prep the trigger before the final press.
